MainStreet Clips is designed to work with photos and videos you choose for your own marketing projects.

Data We Access

The app requests access to selected photos or videos only when you import media. If you choose to capture new footage, the app requests camera access and may request microphone access for recorded video audio. Imported project data, captured media, and draft exports are stored locally on the device. The app requests permission to save exports only when you choose to save a finished video to Photos.

AI Features

Text suggestions are generated locally in the app. When available, the app may use Apple's on-device Foundation Models framework through Apple Intelligence; otherwise it falls back to local templates. This build does not send your media or business copy to a third-party AI service. If future versions add third-party AI services, the app will explain what is sent and ask before sending business content or media.

Tracking

The app does not track users across apps or websites.

Purchases

Subscriptions are not enabled in this build. If paid features are added, purchases and restore flows will use Apple's StoreKit system.
