Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using NEXRAD Analyst Pro ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the App.

License

Free Range Labs grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on any compatible Apple device that you own or control, subject to the terms of the Apple Licensed Application End User License Agreement (Apple EULA) available at apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula and the terms set forth herein.

Subscriptions & In-App Purchases

NEXRAD Analyst Pro offers the following subscription options and in-app purchases:

Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Your Apple ID account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings.

Free trial periods, where offered, automatically convert to a paid subscription at the end of the trial unless cancelled. Any unused portion of a free trial period is forfeited upon purchase of a subscription.

The Storm Chaser Pack and ML Analysis Pack may be purchased as standalone one-time purchases. Pro Monthly, Pro Annual, and Pro Lifetime purchases also unlock those add-on feature sets.

All purchases are processed through the App Store and are subject to Apple's terms and conditions. Refund requests should be directed to Apple through their Report a Problem page.

Data Sources & Accuracy

NEXRAD Analyst Pro displays weather data from publicly available government and third-party sources including the National Weather Service, NOAA, and the University of Wyoming. While we make reasonable efforts to present this data accurately, we do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any weather data displayed in the App.

NEXRAD Analyst Pro is not a substitute for official weather warnings or professional meteorological guidance. Always follow official National Weather Service alerts and instructions from local authorities during severe weather events.

AI & Machine Learning Disclaimer

The App includes on-device AI weather analysis and storm cell classification features powered by Core ML, Apple Foundation Models where available, and local rule-based fallback analysis. These features provide supplementary analysis only and should not be relied upon as the sole basis for weather-related decisions. AI-generated assessments may be incomplete or inaccurate. Always verify important weather information with official NWS sources.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You may not:

Intellectual Property

NEXRAD Analyst Pro, its code, design, and documentation are the property of Free Range Labs. NEXRAD Level II data is produced by the National Weather Service and is in the public domain. The App's presentation, analysis, and visualization of this data are proprietary.

Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. FREE RANGE LABS DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, FREE RANGE LABS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO DAMAGES RESULTING FROM RELIANCE ON WEATHER DATA OR ANALYSIS DISPLAYED BY THE APP.

NEXRAD Analyst Pro is developed by Free Range Labs and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the National Weather Service (NWS), the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA), or Apple Inc. All trademarks are the property of their respective owners.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
