This Privacy Policy explains how AudioBloomAI handles information when you use the macOS app and the public AudioBloomAI website.
Summary
AudioBloomAI is designed as a local macOS visualizer. It does not require an account, does not include third-party advertising, and does not sell personal information.
Audio analysis, visual rendering, preset control, projector output, camera-layer processing, and experimental audio semantics run on your Mac unless you choose to use an external tool or service outside the app.
Information The App Uses
AudioBloomAI may use the following information on your device to provide the visualizer features you enable:
- Microphone or audio-interface input when you choose microphone/interface capture.
- System or single-app audio capture when you choose all-app audio or one selected running app.
- Camera input only when you enable the optional live camera layer.
- Preset files and app settings such as imported Milkdrop/projectM presets, favorites, ratings, history, setlists, renderer settings, output settings, and calibration choices.
- Optional semantic training logs only when you explicitly enable experimental logging. These logs are stored locally and contain derived feature values and labels, not raw recorded audio.
Permissions
AudioBloomAI asks macOS for permissions only when they are needed for a feature:
- Microphone is used for microphone or audio-interface visualization.
- System Audio Recording is used for all-app or single-app audio visualization.
- Camera is used only for the optional live camera layer.
You can manage these permissions in macOS System Settings under Privacy & Security.
Data Collection And Sharing
AudioBloomAI does not collect personal information for developer analytics, advertising, tracking, or sale.
The app does not send microphone audio, system audio, camera frames, preset libraries, semantic feature logs, or setlists to the developer.
If you contact support, open a GitHub issue, or share diagnostic details, the information you provide will be used to respond to your request. Please do not include private audio, screenshots, logs, credentials, or personal information unless you intentionally want to share them.
Website
The public AudioBloomAI website is hosted on GitHub Pages. GitHub may process standard web server information according to GitHub’s own policies. AudioBloomAI does not add third-party advertising trackers to the website.
Children
AudioBloomAI is a macOS creative tool and is not directed to children under 13. The app does not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Changes
This policy may be updated when AudioBloomAI changes. The effective date at the top of the page will be updated when material changes are published.
