Core Workflows
Open Jobs, select a job, then use the Status picker to move work from Lead to Quoted, Scheduled, In Progress, Completed, Paid, or Canceled.
Open Quote, select a job, create or edit the quote, then tap Share Quote. DetailDeck Pro prepares a PDF and opens the iOS share sheet.
Create a quote first. Then tap Create Invoice to copy approved quote lines into an invoice. DetailDeck Pro is required to share invoice PDFs.
Use the Photos tab to add up to 12 images at a time. Choose the phase before importing. To remove a photo, use the Delete Photo action on that image.
On the Dashboard, use the bell button in Follow-Ups to schedule local notifications for incomplete future follow-ups.
Open Settings, then Manage DetailDeck Pro or Restore Purchases. iOS checks App Store purchase history for the Apple ID signed in on the device.
Troubleshooting
Create at least one job first. Quotes are tied to jobs so totals, customer context, and invoice conversion stay together.
Open Settings and tap Restore Purchases. If plans do not load, confirm the device is signed in to the App Store and try again on a reliable network.
Make sure a job is selected in Photos and that iOS has allowed photo library access. If access was denied, update permissions in the Settings app.
Use the Dashboard bell button and allow notifications when iOS asks. Only incomplete follow-ups with future due dates are scheduled.
Open Settings in DetailDeck. The app version and build number are listed near the top of the screen.
Privacy and Backups
DetailDeck stores customer records, jobs, photos, follow-ups, quotes, and invoices on the user's device unless the user chooses to export or share them through iOS.
Use the steps above first. If the issue continues, send the device model, iOS or iPadOS version, app version, and a short description of what happened.
