Overview

SubmitPilot is a local-first macOS app for checking target apps before App Store submission. It does not require an account, does not use analytics, and does not track users.

Data You Enter

You may enter target app metadata, checklist notes, reviewer access details, evidence links, and local file references. This information is saved locally on your Mac in application support storage.

SubmitPilot does not send this audit content to Free Range Labs or third-party services. If you export a report or share copied review notes, that sharing is controlled by you.

Data Collection

No account data is collected by SubmitPilot.
No analytics data is collected by SubmitPilot.
No tracking data is collected by SubmitPilot.
No third-party advertising or analytics SDKs are included in the current app.

Files and Exports

SubmitPilot may let you reference local files as evidence and export Markdown reports to a location you choose. These files remain under your control.

Changes

This policy may be updated as SubmitPilot changes. Material changes will be reflected on this page.
